Devar has been chosen to compete in this years installment of Wacken Open Air Metal Battle. It’s a battle-of-the-bands-style competition, where the grand prize is a spot at Germanys biggest metal festival; Wacken Open Air 2009.
The event takes place at Hinsides / Inside Rock Cafe in Bergen, on March 12-14.

Coinciding with the gig at Hinsides, Devar released the CD-single “Cold Slither”, containing the two songs “Cold Slither” and “Black 6.
This release is intended to shorten the long wait for the album, and is only made in a limited edition of 100 copies. It is available at concerts, from our webshop, and the two Apollon record-stores in Bergen
